12 Days of Morning Energy

This photo is a snapshot of me planning ahead 12 days of morning energy, vitality, and immunity drinks.

  • 1/2 tsp Acetyl-l-carnatine and one scoop Wake Up Maggie (magnesium and boron powder)
I like to make the powder and store the small ball jars in the fridge, so all I have to do in the morning is pour 16 ounces of water and dump the powder and minerals in, fast and easy!

It was adding the collagen peptides that improved my eyesight by 35%, which took about 9 months before I began to realize my prescription glasses were too strong!
